We would like to go to a place not listed on your website, can you take us?Of course, simply Whatsapp, email or 'Chat' to us.

Do I need to pay in advance for my transportation?It's up to you how you pay. You can either book on line or pay on the day. We may ask for a deposit if on a busy event day. We may ask for full payment if a pick up is from somewhere over 40 miles away.

What happens if our flight is delayed?We will track flights and subject to availability, adjust your pick up time to suit you. It is recommeded by the airlines for any flights departing, you still arrive at an airport at the original time.

How many people can your vehicles accomodate?A maximum of 4 persons.

What areas do you cover?We are based in the North Somerset, mainly WsM, Clevedon and Portishead but can travel anywhere to pick up. Simply contact us via Whatsapp, email or 'Chat' for a quote.

My flight has changed, can I reschedule?Subject to availability. Contact us via Whatsapp, email or 'Chat'.

How can I change my booking?Subject to availability, contact us via Whatsapp, email or 'Chat'.

Can the driver help with the luggage?We will of course assist with the loading and unloading of luggage. We will also, if requested, assist in moving to an entrance to a building or station/airport entrance.

How much luggage can I take?The Mercedes EQC has a 500L capacity, so generally plenty of room but it is best to check if you are planning on taking more than two medium to large suitcases. With the rear seats down, the capacity increases to 1060L

Can you arrange for collections from more than one location?Yes subject to whether the additional pick up[s] are en route to the final destination and how many. If there is a significant detour, we may request an additional payment. Please advise us of any additional collection/pick ups.

Do you have booster seats?We do, please let us know in advance.

Do you take wheelchairs?At present, we can only take wheelchairs which will fit, folded into the boot of the vehicle.

Where will I meet the driver?The driver will pick up from the address of the person making the booking, unless we are advised via email. For airport pick ups, all of our prices include picking up from the main pick up point, also known as the Drop & Go area. If you need a driver to wait in the airport arrivals area, this can be arranged at an additional cost.

How many days in advance can I book?180 days

Do you allow pets?West Air Taxis are pet lovers! Provided your cat or gog is well behaved and hasn't been rolling in the mud or the beach! .. we are more than happy to transport on the back seats of the vehicles with a seat belt harness.

Can we play our own music in the vehicle?Of course, or simply ask for a playlist to be on ready for your journey.

Will anyone else be traveling in the vehicle I book?No.

Can we stop at motorway service stations?We are more than happy to stop for restroom breaks. For trips over 130 miles we will always stop for a refresher break at either Reading for Gatwick & Luton and Hopwood for East Midlands.

What happens to any lost property?Drivers, where practicable, check the vehicle after drop off. If any lost property is found, we will contact the main booker.

Can I eat or drink in the vehicle?We request one doesn't other than water.

Can I smoke or vape in the vehicle?No.

What local authority are you registered to?The business, the drivers and the cars are all registered with the North Somerset Council. The licensing department are very strict on who they accept to operate in the area. We are very proud to represent the metropolis of North Somerset and the surrounding area.
